I'm sure they will have something to try, maybe other than what I said above and can maybe do something about it. What I don't know is if the error will tell Cyan anything truly useful. And its totally possible to have a bug in the game/engine code that causes a timeout event to occur but I would think more people would run into it. If there's communication with a driver, it could be the driver, or directx has a problem it could be that, etc. Its anything that could be done with that thread and/or directly related.
